Oak House Bootroom

Bespoke oak bootroom with concealed boiler and Studio Green T&G panelling.

Client Brief & Vision

The client wanted a practical and stylish bootroom that maximised storage while blending seamlessly with their rustic farmhouse interior.

Their brief called for bespoke cabinetry to conceal a combi boiler, provide space for a vacuum, and offer convenient storage for coats and shoes near the door.

They envisioned a design that was functional yet in keeping with the existing flagstone floors, rustic oak doors, and farmhouse aesthetic of their home.

The Renovation & End Result

The bootroom was transformed into a functional and visually cohesive space, combining practical storage with rustic charm. A solid oak bench was added for seating, while the boiler was cleverly hidden behind cabinetry that blends seamlessly with the painted T&G panelling. The design respects the farmhouse style of the home, with subtle green tones and pewter hardware adding character without overwhelming the space.
